About DealerEdge

DealerEdge is a software platform for dealerships, operated by Bonsai Media Group Inc. In these terms, we, us, and our mean Bonsai Media Group Inc. and the DealerEdge platform.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the DealerEdge website and platform, including our chat assistant and text messaging programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use this site or the platform. Use of the platform under a customer subscription is also governed by that customer agreement; where the two conflict, the customer agreement controls.

Use License

Permission is granted to view the materials on our website for informational purposes. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software on the website or platform
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on another server

User Accounts

When you are given a DealerEdge account, you must keep your information accurate, complete, and current, including the mobile number you add for text alerts. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

AI Chat Assistant

The chat assistant on our website is automated and uses artificial intelligence. It answers general questions about DealerEdge and can help you request a demo. Its answers are provided for general information only, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not professional, legal, or financial advice. Pricing and terms are confirmed by a member of our team, and nothing the assistant says is an offer or a binding commitment.

Chat conversations may be logged and reviewed by us and shared with our service providers, including AI model providers and messaging carriers, for quality, to improve the assistant, and for compliance. Do not share sensitive information in the chat, such as government identification numbers, payment card numbers, or account passwords. You may ask to speak with a person at any time. Text Messaging

DealerEdge AI Demo and Inquiry Texts

DealerEdge AI Demo and Inquiry Texts is a text messaging program from DealerEdge, operated by Bonsai Media Group Inc. You join it in either of two ways: by entering your mobile number in the live AI demo on our sales page, checking the text message box, and tapping Text me; or by checking the optional text message box on our demo request form. You then receive recurring automated text messages from the DealerEdge AI Sales Captain and our team: the live demo conversation, in which our AI answers you the way it would answer a dealership's shopper, replies to your questions about DealerEdge, and confirmations and updates about a demo you request. Joining is optional, the box is never checked for you, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies with your replies and requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email us at hello@dealeredge.ai. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

DealerEdge Account Alerts

DealerEdge Account Alerts is a text messaging program for people who use the DealerEdge platform. You join it by turning on SMS Notifications in the notification settings of your DealerEdge account and saving a mobile number. You then receive automated alerts about activity that needs your attention, such as a new high-priority lead, a customer asking to speak with a person, a booked appointment, or a lead waiting on a reply. Alerts are informational and never promotional. Joining is optional and is not a condition of using the platform.

Message frequency varies with account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any alert to stop receiving them, or turn off SMS Notifications in your account settings. Reply HELP for help, or email us at hello@dealeredge.ai. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on our website are provided on an "as is" basis. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable state law, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
