Chat conversations are logged. We and our service providers, including our website platform provider, AI model providers, and messaging carriers, may review and process them to operate the assistant, improve its answers about DealerEdge, follow up on your inquiry, and meet our legal and compliance obligations. Please do not share sensitive information in the chat, such as government identification numbers, payment card numbers, or account passwords. You may ask to speak with a person at any time.

DealerEdge AI Demo and Inquiry Texts

You can join this program in two ways: through the live AI demo on our sales page, where you enter your mobile number, check the text message box, and tap Text me; or through the optional text message box on our demo request form. We then use your mobile number to send you recurring automated text messages from the DealerEdge AI Sales Captain and our team: the live demo conversation, replies to your questions about DealerEdge, and confirmations and updates about a demo you request. We use that number only for this program and to follow up on your request.

• Consent: The box is never checked for you, joining is optional, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies with your replies and requests.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all text messages. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts.

DealerEdge Account Alerts

If you use the DealerEdge platform and turn on SMS Notifications in your account settings, we use the mobile number you save there to send you automated account alerts, such as a new high-priority lead, a customer asking to speak with a person, a booked appointment, or a lead waiting on a reply. We use that number only for these alerts and to manage your account. Message frequency varies with account activity, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop the alerts or turn off SMS Notifications in your settings, and reply HELP for help. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
